Gallery entries describe what we built on one specific property, with its own lot size, access, soil conditions and permitting context. They are not a recommendation for yours. Every design needs a site evaluation of the actual ground.
Pricing and timelines
We do not quote a price without a custom design and site evaluation, because cost depends on yard size, access, soil conditions, elevation, features and finishes. Any timeline described here is typical rather than guaranteed; permit review sits with the local authority, not with us.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. Work begins only under a signed agreement setting out scope, fee and programme.
